ABOUT OUR CLASSES

Powerbar a 45-60 min class using barbells & weights with music to condition muscles and increase metabolic rate for fat burning.

X Trainer a fantastic class, with a mixture of boxing, resistance, hydraulics and interval style training to work those hard to tone places. Always a surprise!

TBT / Step
a high energy fat blaster that hits all the trouble spots: tummies, butts & thighs.

Speed* an intense 45 min indoor cycling class on bikes riding to music, a challenge for everyone
* Night time classes for members only, bookings on the day essential

Boxing Circuit an up beat circuit using basic boxing moves; equipment like speed ball, floor to ceiling ball bags, partner pad work combined with other exercises for a fun and fiesty workout 45-60 min.

LLLS An enjoyable, friendly, sociable class for those of you over 50, school terms only.

Yoga Suitable for all; a great non-impact class creating movement and flexibility, school terms only.

Body Balance A combination of tai chi, yoga, pilates for a total body workout. A must do class for all members, you will feel awesome. Strength, flexibility and stamina to the max.

Weight Training Workshop
Resistance training at its best, enhance your knowledge in the weights room with a workshop style session focus on results, form and understanding your body and its training needs.

Fitball Combo Mixed class of fitball (stretch, balance, core) and general circuit. Great for all levels of fitness.
