Bodyguard Health Club  has been a family run business since 1990 growing with demand over the years to become the largest gym in the Southern Highlands NSW, Moss Vale. We provide programs, facilities, classes and services to ensure our members get the most out of their membership.

We want to be the motivation and inspiration for you to participate in regular physical activity regardless of your age and fitness level. We offer fitness solutions that are fun, easy and rewarding in order to achieve the desired result. In essence Bodyguard Health Club is for everybody!  

No matter what, size, shape or fitness level you are - we want to help you, by providing you with the correct advice and to help you improve your fitness levels and achieve the goals you have set for yourself.
